I was just telling Nita within the past week that I find it hard to say I regret any of my massive number of mistakes because I think I have learned from each one of them. To say that I regret the way I treated someone, or something I said or did, or something that happened to me is to say that I regret the lesson it taught me - and I can't go that far. I will apologize, but I will not regret the lesson.
